Internet Explorer
While Netscape is the offical uni web browser, people will
insist on using Internet Exploiter (rather that Netscrape :).
(I hate them both, you should use mozilla :)
Well lets see, how you set up IE depends on the version.

- Choose the 'View' menu
- Select 'Options'.
- Select 'Connection'
- Select 'Connect through a proxy server'.
- Select 'Advanced'.
- Set the 'HTTP' host to proxy and the port to 3128
- Click Use the same proxy server for all protocols

- Set the proxy URL to http://www/proxy.pac

- Set the proxy URL to http://www/proxy.pac
