File sharing
Some file systems are available on all networked computers in the department. Details for accessing the network drives are specific to the platform.Shared file systems

USERNAME
Your server directory is your own personal space on the server. You should have about 200Megabytes available here. Use this for backups of your files or for transfering files between computers.export
Export contains useful programs, drivers and install information for most systems. You probably wont use this much.scratch
Scratch is intended to be junk space that is available to place temporary files in.
