Primer

This primer should be your first point of reference for all questions. This outlines all the services available in the department with details on how to access them.

Mirror.aarnet is the australian mirror of popular stuff. It is the fastest archive of stuff (even faster than ftp.monash!). Contains lots of useful junk.
google.com searches cleverly by reference. Give it a try!

You can download useful files such as SSH client's for windows and mac and VNC from this download area

If you are experiencing problems, it may be campus- or Monash-wide, so check the Down time anouncements.

You can also find lots of files and stuff at http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/ which is a high speed uptodate archive of lots of software.

What to do.

If you have a problem then you should look at the documentation section (which is not yet available, sadly).

If you can't resolve your problem then enter it via the "Submit a problem" link above. This will log the request and make it easier for Cameron to keep track of the problem and the final solution.
